Ricardo Belmar is a leading retail and digital transformation thought leader with 20+ years of experience across the retail, manufacturing and supply chain industries. He develops marketing strategy for Infovista’s enterprise solutions globally and is a featured member of RetailWire’s BrainTrust panel, an ICX Association director and has been named Social Media Mayor by RIS News at multiple retail conferences. He is a contributing blogger for Retail Customer Experience and Mobile Payments Today.
Tony D’Onofrio is CEO of consultancy TD Insights and was previously Chief Customer Officer (CCO) of Tyco Retail Solutions (now Sensormatic), a $1 billion division of Johnson Controls (JCI). D’Onofrio is a futurist and recognized as a global top 100 influencer in the retail industry.
Jason currently acts as the Chief Executive Offer and a Management Board Member of the North and South American markets of UNode50—a high-end Spanish jewelry and accessories brand. In this position, he assumes complete responsibility for the administration of UNode50’s finance, information technology, operations, planning, purchasing, retail, visual merchandising and wholesale teams. Previously, Jason served as the President of the self-named brand of French fashion designer Agnès B and held executive positions with the retail brand Hoss Intropia, B.C.B.G .Max Azria, and Abercrombie and Fitch. Jason attended Vanderbilt University and graduated with a degree in International Business.

She spent 20+ years as a retail technology executive and CIO at companies such as iParty, Hit or Miss, Morse Shoe, Domain Home Fashions and more.
Veronika Sonsev is a leading retail industry consultant, contributor, speaker and successful entrepreneur. She currently heads the retail practice for Chameleon Collective and is a co-founder of the CommerceNext summit. Her entrepreneurial success, combined with her digital knowledge and advocacy for women in business, has earned Sonsev a spot on Fast Company’s League of Extraordinary Women and TechWeek’s Top 100 digital leaders in New York.
Carol Spieckerman is a globally-recognized authority on retail and brand positioning. She is an expert on global retail trajectories and transmedia brand platforms, as well as an author and regular contributor to leading media outlets including: NPR, Reuters, Forbes, Business Week, Huffington Post, Women’s Wear Daily, Store Brands, Kidscreen, VMSD, Retail Wire and more.

Paul Lewis is the Group Chief Marketing Officer of Valtech Group. Paul brings a wealth of valuable and relevant experience from his previous roles, notably: Global Director of Partner Marketing at Adobe, Global Director of the Society of Digital Agencies and CEO of an independent agency.
